Envelope-encrypted keys
Every API key you save is encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and the data key is wrapped by Google Cloud KMS — so a database breach alone cannot expose your keys.
- Decrypted only in memory, only at the moment a call is made — never logged, never written to disk
- Only the last four characters are ever displayed
- Provider keys are filtered out of error reports
