brand-echo.ai provides an AI brand visibility monitoring platform ("GEO Studio") that tracks how AI-powered search engines mention and represent your brand. Our Service includes brand monitoring, GEO Score calculation, competitor analysis, and content optimization tools.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit malicious software or interfere with the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond normal API usage.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content, is owned by Digital Delight and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content you submit to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, brand-echo.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the platform settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
